AVN Australian Federal Court Case About Covid Vaccine & Deaths: An update with Julian Gillespie.
As many of you are aware, the AVN's appeal on the issue of Standing was heard by the full bench of the Federal Court on Monday this week.
The presiding justices found that our organisation, which has been exclusively involved with representing, defending and restoring the rights of Australians to informed vaccination and health choice for nearly 30 years did not have a 'special interest' in this issue over and above that of any ordinary Australian.

It sounds like the Federal Court judges acted disgracefully. We need tribunals to hold these people accountable using International Law, under the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, and also the Universal Declaration on Bioethics and Human Rights, which forbids forcible medical treatment and experimentation. The mRNA technology is still experimental and it is clearly illegal to coerce people into taking them. The test is very simple here. People complicit in this human rights crime should be charged, including any judges that facilitated what happened.
