While this might seem funny the SJW activist types are a threat to your business. They will hold the company hostage to their politics. Look at the comic book industry. The SJWs have managed to get the companies to put out second rate material that is heavily tainted with their politics - making everyone of note gay or a minority figure. Even people in minority groups don't want to see that sort of crow-barring.

This is why they gravitate to HR departments, they generally don't have to show much objective output there. With the bonus that they get to make/enforce "policy" on other employees, which fits into their self righteous power tripping personalities. Get em out on the factory floor, so to speak, and their uselessness and troublemaking becomes more apparent to all.
