Russia Intensifies Offensive Donetsk, Strikes Vinnitsa, Announces Reorganisation of Arms Industries (Alexander Mercouris)

Alexander reports on the continuation of the war in the same manner as previous episodes except that he recounts the story of Western Arms Dealers being targeted at a location within Ukraine. Many in the comments section point out that these individuals are indeed legitimate targets within the war zone. They are not diplomats and are supplying weapons. 

Russia is also changing their military industrial system to a war time footing, where they are directly controlled by the Government, to a large degree. 

Other matters covered are the Saudis buying Russian oil, the UK leadership change, Italian leadership issues, and French military displeasure in sending too many weapons systems to Ukraine.
