Child abuse in Australia where the authorities did nothing. The authorities KNOW what is going on. At the first sign of harm investigations should have been launched. The country is obviously not in the best hands.
This clip opens with abuse in a Tasmanian youth detention centre coming from both staff and inmates. Management hid everything. This seems like a pattern for almost every institution on Earth. Cover-up first before anything else. How many pedos are running around without anything happening to them?
