UKRAINE CONTINUES SHELLING CIVILIANS AS THEY CONTINUE TO LOOSE THE WAR (South Front)

On June 14, the war in Ukraine was marked by an attack of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the border region of Russia.

In the morning, explosions were reported in a military base near the village of Klintsy in the Bryansk region. Several shells hit the military base and residential buildings nearby. As a result, a civilian woman reportedly lost her leg
.

One might guess that this random shelling of civilian areas is because the Ukraine Army cannot easily locate military targets. Russian air defense systems and jamming must be stopping Ukrainian Army drone operations. The Russians have also hit civilian structures but it appears this happens in attempts to hit Ukrainian military targets taking shelter in schools and among residential areas (there's plenty of online video footage revealing this fact).
