RUSSIA "CONTROLLING MOST OF SEVERODONETSK", EU COMPROMISES ON RUSSIAN OIL BAN (Alexander Mercouris)

There's a BBC report cited here that says the Ukrainians have given up counting casualties. The Western media is saying there is a scorched earth policy, and yet we have footage to show this is not true. What's happening is the continued destruction of the Ukrainian Army (using artillery).
