Good pay and bonuses for those that deserve it - based on sales. And creating dumb SJW characters that don't sell doesn't deserve much money. Zack points out that big talent left the industry because of the pay structure. They didn't get paid enough to stay. The people they have working on the cheap now are not worth keeping.
