Now with subtitles. This is a different take on the war from an independent journalist in Mariupol. This seems legit. Nevertheless I would wager that deliberate civilian killings and general collateral damage is happening on all sides. However, there is motive for a human shield strategy to be used by Kiev forces, since they are using the cities as cover. It also looks like a humanitarian strategy is more useful for the invading Russian army.
ps. This reporter guy is lucky to be still alive since he's been filmed in dangerous locations well out in the open where anyone could have seen him. He's wearing a helmet and body armor, making him look like a soldier, and at a distance he could have been shot by whoever was on the opposing side to where he was standing.
