THERE WON’T ALWAYS BE AN ENGLAND (Lotus Eaters)

It looks like cultural importation and balkanisation. This can't end well by having parallel cultures. It's one thing to have people from different backgrounds joining your society and another thing to set up a new cultural enclave where English is not being spoken.
