The clip opens with analysis of the war in Ukraine. The Ukraine military is fighting to the last man. This is why they're still in the field. Their troops are expendable. The talk of North Korean troops fighting in the war seems to be false. 

When it comes to the Middle East, the Israelis have bitten off more than they can chew. They know that the US will rescue them if things go too far off the rails. Their attacks on Iran did little damage and more provocations are on the way. MacGregor believes that they'll keep pushing to get an escalation in the conflict with the aim of removing the Palestinians from Gaza, and to destroy any neighbouring threats (namely in Lebanon, perhaps Syria, and elsewhere?). The only way that this can happen is with US involvement and (likely) employment of WMDs, that could be used after a false flag.
