Treasurer Jim Chalmers is hoping you back a winner in the Melbourne Cup because his government is letting inflation run out of control and the Reserve Bank has slugged mortgage holders again. There's a reason mortgage payments have gone up more than $1,200 a month and it's thanks to government.

The reserve bank governor said in a previous interview that interest rates are having effect bringing down inflation but is remaining stubbornly high because of LABOR'S high immigration. Thanks LABOR you doing a great job sending Australia broke.
