Rus Taking Khromovo; Advancing 3 Sides Avdeyevka; West Ukr Funding Ending; USS Eisenhower Near Iran (Alexander Mercouris)

The latest US funding package signed in the US no longer allocates money for Ukraine or Israel. The Israelis don't need it, but Ukraine does. Biden would likely try to use his executive powers to send material and money anyway. Meanwhile the war of attrition continues in Ukraine with questions about how long they can last in the face of the current Russian advances and dwindling overall support from the West.

The move of the Eisenhower to a position potentially in Persian Gulf is a major development. They may strike Iran and/or be set up as a target that would generate support for a war against that country.
