Rus Advances Avdeyevka Industry Zone, Railway; Ukr SU27 Pilot Defects, West/Ukr Face Defeat (Alexander Mercouris)

There's still talk of an upcoming major Russian attack, and that the current attacks are aggressive probes. This is probably incorrect. The probes are likely attacks designed to find targets for precision guided weapons to act. Large scale advances, of armour and infantry, usually end very badly for both sides. Eventually these (strong) probing attacks will advance further as the Ukrainians run out of personnel and be more susceptible to encirclement.
