She never really hid her intention, she wanted to remake Star Wars in her image, pushing her radical feminist agenda, essentially destroying the franchise entirely. It's the male audience and the male fans who were the ones to financially carry the franchise for decades, it was them the franchise was geared to, a classic action adventure sci fi that was always more male oriented first and foremost and even family oriented, but also showcasing great female characters anyone could like, but there was nothing wrong with that. Making the franchise an "all female" franchise is the end of it.

    It must be Google comments rules ! If it was up to me almost any comment would be okay. Yeah, Disney Star Wars has created a whole new industry of people critiquing the franchise. I think it is time to move on from remaking good movies, or continuing franchises, and to make something new. I'd probably have a different view if their franchise material was a actually good, but it's not !
