Russia advance on Kupiansk, Ukraine Power Shortages, Zelensky to US, Medvedev Meets Xi Jinping (Alexander Mercouris)

Poland is calling up their reserves. But to what purpose? Will they send troops to the front lines? Will they be stationed near Kiev to prevent Russia from moving Westward? It a precautionary measure for their own defence only? It is a worrying development.

They could have completely shut down the power with the right sort of strikes, and they could have easily killed the repair crews with double tap attacks. It looks like the strikes, where the damage is such that it can be repaired, is intended to create hardship in order to encourage the civilian population to leave. The motive might be to flood the EU with refugees and to clear the cities of civilians in order to avoid casualties. Despite the mainstream propaganda to the contrary the Russians have gone out of their way to avoid civilian deaths. The same cannot be said for the Government of Kiev that has shelled Donetsk City for near on 8 years.

With Zelensky visiting Washington. He's one corrupt and controlled leader meeting with another puppet who is likely under the control of the warmongering neoconservative faction. Biden's own corrupt son called him Pedo Pete. He's definitely not calling the shots.
