Trump Was Ready To Pardon Snowden Until Threatened (Jimmy Dore)

Journalist Glenn Greenwald recently appeared on Breaking Points with Krystal Ball and Saagar Enjeti where he revealed that in the final days of his presidency, Donald Trump was seriously considering a pardon for Edward Snowden. Trump was only dissuaded from following through by Senate Republicans who allegedly threatened to vote to impeach the President if he began revealing state secrets and passing out pardons to perceived enemies of the Deep State like Snowden and Julian Assange.
