Tragic but inevitable end (Douglas MacGregor)

Probably one of the best short summaries of the war situation in Ukraine from Colonel Douglas MacGregor. The clip is only 2 minutes long and he nails the political situation where it is the Russian side that faced continued attack by the Ukrainians since the 2014 coup. Putin never wanted to invade, but he was faced with few other choices after failed peace moves and the militarisation of Ukraine by NATO. The war was initially handled by Russia to avoid civilians casualties. The inevitable end is the end of the Ukrainian Army in winter when the ground freezes and the leaves fall off the trees (no longer providing cover).
