Russia Claims HIMARS Destroyed, Plans Further Advance, Ukraine Kherson Offensive Possibly Called Off (Alexander Mercouris)

Alexander reminding us of the Russian strategy which is to pound the Ukrainian positions. The projected Kherson offensive appears to be a ruse. One thing I have noticed in a lot of video showing Russian infantry is that they don't appear to be exceptionally well equipped or drilled (lacking rifle scopes, helmets, certain levels of caution etc). Alexander points out that the majority of the ground infantry is likely DPR and LPR troops from the Donbass and that professional Russian soldiers are acting to support them with anti air equipment, artillery etc. This would explain why Putin said that Russia was only fighting with a small portion of its available forces.
