CENTURY-OLD RULING AFFECTS VAX MANDATES (TheHighwire)

The old ruling, in context, allowed people to opt out of taking jabs back in 1905. The punishment for refusing a small pox vaccination was five dollars. So it was not of the same order as we see today. Furthermore, if you had already had the disease you were excused. The ruling back then pointed out that a person also had to be fit to take the shot. So jab injured people today should be able to refuse.

Moreover, the jabs today are highly experimental and dangerous and do not work against the new strains of Covid. There is no way anyone can justifiably force people into a medical experiment. It does not make good sense and is a violation of your human rights.
