A lot of folks on the left are losing their minds over the right calling woke teachers “groomers” for trying to teach young children about sex and gender identity. Liz Wheeler joins me in studio today to discuss this debate, and react to some crazy videos around the subject from a “Gender Inclusive Classrooms” zoom call, Joe Rogan, Cenk Uygur, and more.
The left is trying to 'teach' young children about 'sexual and race diversity' in order to break down society that they see as a hetero-normative society, which is something they see as intrinsically racist and against the LGBTQI+ community. They are anti-white (because of CRT indoctrination) and their actions targeting young children are heinous. One can make an argument to a much older child explaining that some people have issues with their biological sex, but for young kids, telling them that they can be any gender they want, or be called whatever they want, is too confusing.
The truth is that society is based on heterosexual relationships and biological functionalism. People outside of that reality must accept that this is how society functions, where they should not want to turn everything upside down because they feel excluded. What LGBTQI should have is protection against basic discrimination in terms of employment and access to services. What should NOT happen is the attempted mass brainwashing of the entire world into become a LGBTQI celebrating culture. It should simply not be a big deal as to how people identify sexually, with some expected bias from the hetero population.
The hard truth is that it's not a level playing field. And teaching young children about divergent sexual identities, or anything outside of basic functionalism for older kids, is obviously tantamount to sexualising them and grooming them when they should be learning basic facts and playing in the playground.
