Short video from Alex on why Russia knocked out the power in Kharkov region. It was likely to stop electric rail transportation of troops and equipment out of the region. It may also have been in response to Ukrainian rhetoric about them doing that to Russia. That's the big problem for Russia with Ukraine being controlled by NATO and far right groups, that it will become a base for terrorist operations.
