MARVEL PRODUCER ADMITS THEY DON'T HIRE QUALIFIED WRITERS - SAYS FANS ARE A "RED FLAG" (Geeks and Gamers)

They did not hire conscientious neutral-minded writers but activists, and it shows. If you look at a lot of the old writers for hit movies of the past they came from people who were fans of their story genres. They also had a level of sophistication and practicality when it came to connecting with their audience, as opposed to the current crop of writers who seem divorced from reality.
