Half of Iran Missile Launchers Still Intact /Patrick Henningsen & Lt Col Daniel Davis

The fact that Iran has control of the Strait of Hormuz means they've gained more from the war than their opponents, despite being bombed - at least at this point in time. Henningsen thinks that any possible ground invasion will be an operation in the east of the country, and that it'll be a temporary excursion.

The clip also reveals that France sided with Russia & China at the UN to stop an international military operation to open the Strait. Meanwhile corporatists are making a lot of money on the present price of oil, with price gauging everywhere, despite only Asia taking a direct impact when it comes to oil shipments.

Towards the end of the clip Henningsen points out that the war itself is criminal, and he can refute the claims of Iranian sponsored terrorism and involvement in the Iraq War. Many in the alternative press remember that in 2008 the Bush Administration claimed IEDs were being smuggled into Iraq from Iran, except they never provided any proof. Bomb making factories were actually discovered INSIDE Iraq and yet this fact was conveniently forgot.

The interview concludes with Henningsen claiming that the Iranians have a lot more resolve when it comes to a long war than the people of the US. Similar claims were made about the population in Syria, who were fighting against Western sponsored Al Qaeda forces and failed, but Iran is not Syria.

The other issue Henningsen raises is that the destruction of oil facilities in the Middle East, and recently inside Russia, means that the US is the last person standing when it comes to control of global oil markets. This is another aspect to what's going on, intentional or not.
