Proof at Last? New Search for Amelia Earhart! (Marion Kerr)

Today's video discusses a brand new expedition that is about to be launched looking for Amelia Earhart's plane. And the evidence for this expedition is not just one photo...but a series of compelling images recently discovered.

The object in the lagoon seems a bit too thin for a disintegrated aircraft wreck, however, other artefacts collected from the island strongly indicate the presence of a European/US castaway. Taking this into account it's certainly worth investigating the unusual object in the lagoon.

Despite the hope of an answer on Nikumaroro Island, many researchers think that Earhart's aircraft went down very close to Howland - and engine noise was heard by people waiting at that location. The problem was that headwinds had caused her arrival to happen during the night, so seeing the Island might have proven difficult.
