The propaganda spin coming out of Hillary's mouth is unbelievable. She spews a complex fake reality narrative in order to make it sound like the Deep State is acting legitimately. The likelihood is that the election will be stolen again. They won't care how obvious the fraud will be so long as they win, and they will use the powers of the State to arrest or block all opposition. If they somehow lose the election they will likely use similar means to stop the transfer of power.
