Dylan Ratigan (rightfully) Loses it on Air (RECAP)

In a conversation with the show's panel about the country's debt and credit downgrade, MSNBC's Dylan Ratigan passionately calls both the Democratic and Republican economic plans, "reckless, irresponsible and stupid." (From MSNBC, Tuesday August 9th, 2011)



It's always worth rewatching this. Ratigan is talking about systems siphoning wealth out of countries. It's the basic systems of banking, trade and tax policy. This was from ten years ago. He talks about a bought Congress. Really good, about the system not serving the people but the donor class. The key problems are the racking up of debt (inc asset price inflation), the offshoring of industry, which are related to the three points he brings up, and open borders.
