The best military analysis I have yet seen on the conflict. Includes details on both sides. One observation, a lot of the problems Russia experienced in the early part of the war have been overcome by a change of tactics. You don't see many reports of ambush situations, or the loss of aircraft anymore. Nevertheless, this is a war, and casualties on all sides are to be expected.
