EVIDENCE OF VOTER FRAUD IN FRANCE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION

Damaged ballot papers are not counted in French elections - so its easy to fix postal ballots. If they tried this with the postal ballots other measures would have been taken. They could have also stuffed the postal ballots to flip the count. Voting is not compulsory so they would have a LOT of votes to play with. They need to do sample checks to see if dead people voted, or if there are ballots from people that didn't vote.
