Yes, Anthony Fauci could still be charged for his crimes! Dr David Martin. (Good Vs Evil)

Martin wants Fauci charged for bioweapon, gain of function, research conducted before the pardon was issued. However, in a Nuremberg tribunal system, where he would be charged with crimes against humanity, the pardon would simply be ignored. People's courts have the power to do such things in the name of justice when dealing with corrupt tyrants. A corrupt politician giving a mass murderer a pardon is something that will not wash. The issue is generating the political momentum to establish such a tribunal.
