Jacqui Felgate had a strong message for Victorians after a shocking assault in Sunshine over the weekend.
Young violent offenders need to be locked up. They're arrogant and think they can get away with anything and laugh about it. While they might come from troubled backgrounds there should be no excuse for this sort of violence and attitude.
