The MS channel thinks a peace deal is near, but it can only be on Russian terms or else they will face a future conflict in the coming years. No peace deal will be made unless the Russians take huge areas of Eastern and Southern Ukraine which results in a buffer zone. What they want is the removal of the current Ukrainian Government and their demilitarisation.
