Lavrov; Kiev Regime Must Go; Crimea, 4 Regions, Zaporozhye NPP Are Russian, Status Non-Negotiable (Alexander Mercouris)

Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov states that the Kiev regime must be removed, and that Crimea, four other regions, and the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant are now Russian territory with non-negotiable status.



Even if the Russians take full control of these areas they must also see the demilitarisation of the rest of the country or risk further war. A regime change in Kiev must include a highly cooperative Government.
