The Venezuelan gang members being deported have entered the US with the likely cooperation of their Government, and money from USAID/NGOs etc. It is tantamount to a foreign incursion into the country. They are illegal aliens anyway, and so the President has every right to throw them out. Other Presidents have done the same.
