The Most Insane Ceasefire Just Activated.Russians Push Into Sumy Oblast.Military Summary 2025.3.26

The Russians and USA announced the development of measures to allow freedom of movement in the Black Sea, and a ceasefire on attacks on energy facilities, but nothing has been implemented. None of this will likely stick. Ukraine already broke the deal with attacks on Russian oil installations. Meanwhile the Russians continue to advance on many fronts.
