Zelensky in USA, pitches Victory plan which is his SURVIVAL PLAN (Alexander Mercouris)
The plan is basically for Ukraine to join NATO which will NOT likely happen. The basic fact of the war is that there's not enough money or weapons to stave off the Russians.
