The Fed's Panic Will Trigger the Crack-Up Boom.(maneco64)

Huge rate cuts incoming right before the election to stave off a disaster. The Fed cut fifty basis points which indicates a problem - something anyone can see. There's simply too much debt in the system and economies are struggling as they are trapped in an inflationary cycle that is yet to burst.
