Even if there is no emergency, the WHO can implement emergency measures if they think there is a 'threat'. The threat they are rolling out is Monkey Pox. What they'll likely do is say that MPOX has become asymptomatic, or has mutated so that it resembles influenza, and then everyone will need to be tested to see if they are sick, and take an mRNA shot.
This is insanity 2.0. Do not comply. If everyone says no, this gambit fails.
