Elon is right with this one. The conspiracy theory is that the Deep State Globalist aligned Democrats are  using mass migration in an attempt to establish a one party State - using the migrants to manipulate the voting. In simple terms, the 'vile theory' is that the open border is being used as an attempt to change the demographics in order to win elections going into the future.
