RUSSIA ISSUES ARREST WARRANT FOR LINDSEY GRAHAM (Steve Turley)

The US is intimately involved in the war. They seem more like co-participants and so the Russians could see US politicians like Graham as pushing an unnecessary conflict (starting with the 2014 coup) that would otherwise not exist.
