DEMOCRAT NOW CARES ABOUT CRIME AFTER BEING ATTACKED BY CAREER CRIMINAL (Salty Cracker)

You can have social programs to help the general population to dampen criminal activity but you also have to deal with damaged and violent individuals, many of whom are mentally ill (some being psychopaths). Removing these people from society is necessary to protect others.
